In the village of poor fishermen, Mahesh Manna is the only blood sucker who exploits poor people and makes money.
Young Ghanshyam, the leader of the fishermen, sells fish to Mahesh Manna and Mahesh gives him half the price which he has to bear as there is no other buyer in the village.
In the midst of sorrows and pathos, a sweet romance grows up between Ghanshyam and the village girl Kamli. But Mahesh cannot stand their love as he has a lusty eye on Kamli. He tries his best to impress Kamli but Kamli is lost in the love of Ghanshyam which makes Mahesh more jealous.
Now Mahesh rake a vow to finish Ghanshyam and calks out a plan to do so.
Does Mahesh succeed?
